Hi, I’m MaryFrances, the owner of Sound Mouths. I have been a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist for over 20 years. Several years ago, I searched for help with my son’s mouth breathing which later became part of his sleep apnea diagnosis. I found information on Orofacial Myology and realized it was the missing link to helping my child and my speech “children.”
I am passionate about expanding the awareness of Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders to the public and other allied health professionals. I have presented in professional seminars and worked in close collaboration with my local colleagues.
I don’t have much spare time with two teenage boys in sports, a hard-working husband, and a therapy dog in training with endless energy. However, I do love to sneak in a good book now and then.
